Leadership Interactions - Field Time

Screen Shot 2013-06-06 at 11.53.49 AMLeadership time with team members, or Field Time, is a critical element of the management of risk in your organisation.  But you should not assume that all of your leaders are comfortable or effective in their field time role.  Your leaders need to know why it is so important for them to be in the field, and what they should do when they are there.  This course uses our risk communication process, The Journey Program™ to train the leaders how to make the most of their field time, and add value to the risk management system. You can use The Journey Program™ ‘Field Time’ system or we can customise and use your own forms and system.
